Legacy

Alice in Chains is celebrated for their unique sound, characterized by the interplay between vocal harmonies and heavy guitar riffs. Layne Staley’s raw, emotive voice and Jerry Cantrell’s songwriting have left a lasting impact on rock and metal music. Despite Staley’s tragic death in 2002, the band has continued to honor his legacy while evolving their sound with DuVall.
